Add fiber: Hi heather ~ the iron, as well as hormonal changes, are causing the constipation. Thus changing your vitamin is unlikely to solve your problem. Iron and Folic Acid are the most important elements of a prenatal vitamin. Try increasing your water intake, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and adding a fiber supplement (such as metamucil). ...Read more
