Whey Protein Vs Amino 2222
Best taken separate: Amino acids compete for absorption with one another. Thus, if you take them at the same time as whey protein they will be somewhat less well-absorbed than if taken separately. I would advise taking them at least one hour apart from each other, but it probably doesn't matter which you take first. I advise whey from grass-fed cows processed at low temperature for maximum benefit.
Whey Protein: All protein is made up of Amino Acids in various combinations. Whey protein isolate is the most pure form (contains 90% or more protein) and it has little to no fat, lactose or cholesterol. Whey protein concentrate has anywhere between 29 - 89% protein. 60% of whey protein is essential amino acids. See this website for aas: http://www.Nutrabio.Com/products/whey_protein_isolate.Htm#.Uaorezx0syg.
I am so thin. I tried gym and taking whey protein and amino tablets before workout+ amino tablets after workout. Is that fine?
Gaining muscle: You are doing good things. Work out well at the gym. Whey protein is excellent. I recommend you take whey protein before and after your workout. Be sure you have good quality calories also with the protein. Eating egg whites is excellent, also. Yogurt is excellent. Chicken breast is excellent. Get work out advice so that you have excellent exercise routines. Spread your eating over several hours.See 1 more doctor answer
I'm vel & age is 26. I'm doing gym alternative days. Right now I'm taking whey protein after workout. can I take amino acids tab while doing gym?
Amino acid tabs: are likely not necessary if your are taking whey protein. Please make sure to eat enough protein directly from food and also take good fat to burn as fuel. This would be eggs and things such as coconut oil and olive oil. If you want to go further you can get a Micronutrient Test from Spectracell Lab in Texas. Check out their website. 2 much protein-: -will damage Ur kidneys. U need 50gms on average. If U R doing heavy weight training U will need 2 supplement on those days, not needed on Ur days off.
Probably not.: Make sure you hydrate well and have a balanced diet otherwise. Always have caution with any supplements you take... The supplement industry is not regulated like how it is for other otc medications like tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin and the safety and ingredients are often suspect.
NO: You are already dependent on protein- we all need a certain amount of essential Amino Acids for good health. Taking when protein or other Amino Acids will neither increase nor decrease the amount that your body needs, except that as you develop more muscle mass you may need a bit more protein over time to maintain those muscles- but i would not consider that "dependency.".
Here are some ...: All available studies have revealed no conclusive evidence to cause kidney damage although possible increased risk of renal stone and possible stress onto the already sick kidneys. Generally speaking, their use for ordinary healthy kidneys should be okay and poses no known risk to the kidneys. More? To http://www.livestrong.com/article/261806-whey-protein-kidney-damage/. No: I'm sorry that people make these things up to trouble others.
Is there any interaction between isolate whey protein and klonopin (clonazepam)? I'm asking because protein contains amino acids and i suppose its not a good mix with klonopin (clonazepam).
Protein binding: We mostly have information on protein binding of Clonazepam (klonopin) in the context of organ failure compared to normal. Any Amino Acid you eat, or any protein is usually well regulated by liver and kidneys and likely has little impact on its metabolism as a drug unless you have organ failure and altered protein metabolism.See 2 more doctor answers

Docs, how can I gain muscle fast? Without taking any food supplements like whey protein, amino acid etc..
Including essential Amino acids supplement (BCAA) would affect gout?
Is Whey Protein supplements & glutamine supplement safe for gout users?
None will effect gou: Gout is related to URIC ACID and PURINES, not amino acids or protein supplements. BUT, since everything you mention is a complete waste of money, why bother to ask? There are meds used to control gout in different ways. Low dose aspirin and thiazide diuretics tend to raise uric acid levels. Alcohol, especially in large amounts, often causes attacks. Low purine diets are slightly effective.
Does BCAA(branched chain amino acids) and whey protein causes erectile dysfunction or impotency???
Here are some ...: These nutritional supplements have been unknown to cause impotency / ED. For most people, there is no practical need for their use; however, they has been touted for muscle building which incites some men to get on their use. So, if their use sooths someone mentally and one has money to spare, use them judiciously without overindulgence, and seek pro-counseling as needed.
I have notice red dots to the right of my belly button. I'm taking whey protein supplements and amino acids. Would this be a reaction to that?
Not likely: to check stop taking the supplements and see if it goes away. Otherwise, you may need to get it looked at by primary MD,
Are whey or protein-amino acid drinks good for losing weight while working out or more for gaining weight/muscle?
Muscle/Gain Weight?: These are promoted for assisting in building muscle which require the Amino Acid building blocks for muscle protein. The usefulness of whey proteins for promoting this from small clinical trials, is small, maybe a few % over foods. Maintaining muscles does require more daily energy, so to the extent that muscle mass ; strength significantly increase, this might assist reduction in body fat.
