Yes: If you are having colicky ( waxing and waning) pain and you recently had ESWL, you may be starting to pass some fragments of the stone they broke up. If pain continues or worsens, see your doctor as they need to be sure all the stone passes. Also you need to be sure pain isn't caused by anything else. Depends on site: If the stone is in the ureter (kidney to bladder tube), there is something call "peristalsis", which helps move things along. That would mean a periodicity to the pain: every few minutes.
