Best to call their: Office and ask the nurse if the doctor prefers you have an enema. If you get there without an enema and the doctor can not see anything, you have just wasted your time and his/hers and will need to reschedule your appointment for another time after taking an enema. ...Read more

You need to be examined by a colorectal surgeon to determine the extent of the damages and how deep the tear is. So go and see different doctor. Meanwhile sit in a warm water in bath tub. Yes and maybe: Certainly, standing for a long period of time, such as at work, can result from muscle strain and be a factor in chronic low back & hip pain. Stretching/strengthening exercises should help. But "flat stool" needs more investigation in my view; hemorrhoids by themselves should not be sufficient to cause. I would ask doctor for more testing, probably flex sig or colonosocpy, to evaluate. Good luck:) ...Read more
