Dry nose: This time of year it probably means your nose is dry. You can't know the nose is not the source of the blood, even if an ENT used a scope in your nose to look. If you're on oxygen, the nose is almost certainly the source. Use a saline nasal gel spray to help fight dryness, and humidify your oxygen if not already. Don't blow your nose vigorously. What makes you suspect CSF leakage?
