Not a very: Impressive ultrasound report. I wouldn't be worried by it. There is not a great deal to do to avoid hydroceles except avoid testicular trauma. Most just resolve over time. If you are still that worried speak to a urologist. ...Read more

My hydrocele was opertaed in a month now but fluid still accumulating confirmed by my surgeon.How many days or month can I go for hydrocele repair.

Hydrocele: If your hydrocele was simply aspirated in the office with a syringe, it is very likely to recur. If you had an open incisional procedure to remove the hydrocele either it was done incorrectly or blood has now cumulated in the scrotum creating a hematoma.
