2 different surgery: These are two very different surgeries. The goal should not be weight loss but removal or redundant or lax skin, suprisingly the amount of skin removed does not weigh as much as it would seem. In most tummy tucks (witch hazel) the weight of the specimens range from 2-4 pounds. Of course exceptions do exist and upwards of 40 pounds have been removed but this is extreme and does involve significanlty more risks. ...Read more
