High estrogen level: Did you also have a sonogram? A cyst on one or both of your ovaries could cause your Estradiol level to be 213, if the blood test was on day 2, 3 or 4 of your cycle. Estradiol levels are also high later in your cycle when a follicle is developing. Clomid (clomiphene) won't work to help you ovulate this month if your estrogen level is this high, but it won't hurt your ovaries. Talk to your dr about your options. ...Read more
