Variable: I assume you mean birth control pills - and as far as when your periods will resume, there is no good answer. Most women resume within a few months, but for some it is longer. Use some form of contraception since you can get pregnant before you miss a period! good luck. ...Read more

Pills also reduce unwanted hair growth (upper lip), protect you from ovarian cancer, minimize pain with periods as well as prevent pregnancy.
