Who said Eczema: Make sure you have a dermatologist diagnose you. Brown spots on face can be sun damage or melasma to name a few. Nothing OTC: Of course moisterizing (lubriderm, Eucerin) are options but usually need higher strength steroid topicals that can only be gotten by a doc (fam doc too).
