I am on a low carb diet, using mct oil. Which supplement is healthier to include to speed up my weight loss? Cla or calcium pyruvate? Or others?
Research on the weight loss benefits of both is limited, but some studies suggest potential hazards of cla so i'd choose pyruvate- see http://www. Med. Nyu. Edu/content? Chunkiid=21676 ; http://www. Med. Nyu. Edu/content? Chunkiid=21633
the key to weight loss is not supplements but long term diet changes (like http://bit. Ly/1dhw9ht). But I am impressed with http://bit. Ly/178bmuf ; http://bit. Ly/1hwyc46. ...Read more

Can I take LDN1.5mg to help with fibromyalgia and take cannibiss oil at same time. I am on no ther drugs apart from 10mg ecitlopram per day.
One can not take LDN with opiates/narcotics but it is safe to take with cannabis oil.
If you have fibromyalgia it would be worthwhile to see a "Lyme-literate doctor" to rule out Lyme, as most diagnosed with Fibromyalgia have undiagnosed Lyme.
