I had idiopathic PE a year ago. Had micro blood in urine whole time. Now fasting blood sugar 107 in morning. Scared of pancreatic cancer as cause?

I would first get a urine culture, it is normal the next step is a renal ultrasound and an ivp to assess the structure of the kidneys and to see if there are kidney stones or a tumor present.
