When I sit down after standing up for a while, my fingertips and soles of my feet feel warm and my fingertips go numb. Legs go purplish when standing.

The pundendal nerve: Is the main nerve in the perenium, the area between the legs. LBA under 30: I assume there is no radiation so this points to localized lesions in a "youngster." See your doctor for an x-ray -most likely spondylolisthesis-a developmental instability in the 4th or 5th lumbar vertebra. Less likely is arthritis from old injury or a birth defect. It : It sounds like you are dealing with coccyx (tailbone) strain. This happens from trauma, over use or exercises like cycling where you are sitting for prolonged periods of time. To relieve the pain while sitting use a special pillow shaped like a doughnut. Ibuprofen or advil every 6 to 8 hours with food will help with inflammation. Catching at knee randomly then small popping sound... numbness right above knee... minimal to no pain happened after doing a large number of squats.
The most usual cause: of painless popping in the knee is when the ligaments and tendons catch as they move over a bony spot in the joint and pop when they snap back into place. Sometimes the catching and popping results from actual cartilage/meniscal damage. "A large number of squats" could contribute to this. The numbness may point to damage from injury as well.
