Generally in 10 days: Since many clinics are doing day 5 or blastocyst transfers, pregnancy tests are done 9 days later. If negative, you should start bleeding around that time; and if you are on Progesterone supplementation, you will either breakthrough Progesterone or bleed within 3-5 of stopping it. Good luck. Normal Balanced Life: Just be normal; eat healthy, take breaks at work and rest, take it easy at home and try to have a stress free life. Usually just a day or two rest after the embryo transfer is more than enough. At our center we do not recommend sex or lifting above 20 lbs until after the pregnancy test is performed (there is no medical evidence that this improves pregnancy rates but we recommend anyway). ...Read more
