Too hot or too cold?: Your symptoms beg the question: Which is abnormal, the cold or hot fingers? My guess, it is the cold ones that are abnormal causing the the others to seem warm. Do you smoke? If so, your symptoms may represent Thromboangiitis Obliterans (Buerger's disease). Ritalin side effect?: An uncommon, if not rare, side effect of Ritalin is circulation problems in fingers and toes, eg, Raynaud’s Phenomenon. Symptoms reverse when med is discontinued.
