I have a small cold sore. This is the second one IV had. I keep messing with it. I didn't wash my hands. Does this mean I will have them down there?

washing your hands is a great a day to prevent possibility of spread from mouth to genital. without hand washing spread may occur, especially if the blister has ruptured, increasing the exposure.

one of my hands ( my right to be specific) occasionally becomes extremely cold while my left is very warm. Theres ususlly no numbness. Is this normal?

Syncope x anything is not common or usual, so if your BP is on low side and you "fall out," then need evaluated by Dr asap to see what is going on.
