Too hot or too cold?: Your symptoms beg the question: Which is abnormal, the cold or hot fingers? My guess, it is the cold ones that are abnormal causing the the others to seem warm. Do you smoke? If so, your symptoms may represent Thromboangiitis Obliterans (Buerger's disease). This could represent a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon which can accompany connective tissue disorders or autoimmune conditions.

Numbness: Paresthesias or numbness in one extremity may reflect dysfunction in blood flow, brain or peripheral nerve disorder. A detailed history, exam and appropriate diagnostic test should be completed by your physician. Symptoms warrant urgent evaluation with associated accident. Possible diagnosis include vasculitis, pinched nerves, migraines or multiple sclerosis.

I have a small cold sore. This is the second one IV had. I keep messing with it. I didn't wash my hands. Does this mean I will have them down there?

No but possible: Washing your hands is a great a day to prevent possibility of spread from mouth to genital. Without hand washing spread may occur, especially if the blister has ruptured, increasing the exposure.

Ritalin (methylphenidate) side effect?: An uncommon, if not rare, side effect of Ritalin (methylphenidate) is circulation problems in fingers and toes, eg, Raynaud’s Phenomenon. Symptoms reverse when med is discontinued. Discuss with prescribing doctor without delay. See: http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/SafetyInformation/ucm359945.htm I hope this helps. Best wishes.

See Dr: Syncope x anything is not common or usual, so if your BP is on low side and you "fall out, " then need evaluated by dr asap to see what is going on.

If one washes hands with cold water after masturbating, then touches shaft of penis when urinating yet rinses hands, is this enough to kill any sperm?

Use soap: A verse of "Happy Birthday" while washing your hands with soap will get rid of sperm and most bacteria. A little soap and water on the penis may not be a bad idea either if you want to be complete, but fear of a stray sperm when masterbating is not really healthy.

OB GYN DOC: Hi. This is normal. You are having a reaction to higher hormone levels than you are used to. It is almost migrainous. Please see your OB-GYN to discuss the pros and cons of taking medications to alter your hormone levels so you can feel more comfortable. Best wishes.
