Maybe: It depends on how far along you were and how high the HCG was when you lost the pregnancy. HCG levels start dropping as soon as the embryo stops developing. HCG isn't the only: cause of nausea during pregnancy. High estrogen levels and other unknown factors may contribute to it. You don't mention if you've started having periods again.
