When Is It Safe To Start Feeding Baby Raw Peanuts
Is it safe to give an 8 month old baby Infant Tylenol every day during teething to help with teething pain & discomfort? Baby's weight is 18 lbs.
Peanut allergies: Another good reason to delay feeding peanuts (and peanut butter) to a baby is that peanut allergy is fairly common and can be extremely serious. For that reason, it is recommended to not feed children peanuts or peanut butter until after their first birthday to allow their immune system to develop a bit more. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Im going back to work and want to continue breast feeding baby on formula as well can i take fenugreek tablets how safe is it?
Fenugreek : Even though fenugreek is generally considered safe, there is no good evidence beyond anecdotal that it increases breast milk production (assuming that's the reason you're taking it). Would suggest discussing w/ your baby's Pediatrician. ...Read more

Is it safe that my 8 months baby started sleeping 12 hours straight at night? Or shall i wake her up to feed? She doesn't eat much & is breastfed only
3 months breastfed baby is now sleeping for 4 hours straight at night, when will she start sleeping 5-6 hours & is it safe not to feed for that long?
Possible now: Infants > 10 lb & taking well during the day can often sleep 5-6 hours or more at night.Few sleep > 4hrs without arousing and self settling but if allowed to they can resettle without a feed. The trick seems to come from day feedings that occur as they wake, not as part of settling to sleep.Kids that are fed as part of the sleep ritual cannot resettle without a feed & have delays in this milestone. ...Read more

Might be OK but...: In the past pediatricians advised avoiding egg whites til 12 mos. But many now think whole eggs are fine after 8 mos. Eggs are very healthy but i strongly advise organic or the chickens are being fed gmo corn ; soy. I think it's wise to not eat any food every day so consider limiting to 4 or 5 times a week.
