No specific number: The low glycemic diet is what you need. Eat a diet rich in green vegetables and hard fruits. One that is low in animal saturate fats is also good. Eat 80% of each meal in plant and 20% animal. Get protein and good fat like olive oil coconut oil or nuts at each meal.
