Eat 3-4hrs before bed. Lay down I get nauseous/abd pain. Neg colonoscopy/egd. Also SOB at night, wheezing. Low back pain. Not obese. Ideas?

Try prilosec: Try a prilosec before bed or 30 minutes before your largest meal of the day. You can buy this at the drug store. It sounds like you are having reflux. May be inner ear: Most patients experience some hearing loss with acoustic neuroma which can occur particularly with nf2.
