Gastric reflux: Have your medical doctor evaluate you for gastric reflux. They can also give you pointers on how to avoid it. Improve nausea: Nausea is a sign that something is irritating the stomach. This can come from sinus drainage, medications, food, gastritis, maldigestion, slow stomach emptying, pressure from other organs around the stomach, gall bladder issues, and pregnancy. Migraines are very: Different in different individuals. Some people may have various behaviors which incite a migraine. Do you think it is the cold water that causes the migraine. It is not likely the water itself is causing the migraine. But more likely a change in body temperature or perfusion of your brain. When you drink water after exercise you might get a different migraine. It might cause nausea. ...Read more

Try prilosec: Try a prilosec before bed or 30 minutes before your largest meal of the day. You can buy this at the drug store. It sounds like you are having reflux. If this does not take care of the problem, see your doctor. Also try to get to optimal weight, eat smaller meals, don't eat 3 hours before bedtime, avoid alcohol, tobacco and acidic foods. ...Read more

Possibilities...: If all these tests came back normal, your symptoms may be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease or GERD. It may be worthwhile to aggressively treat for GERD, including prescription anti-reflux medication. You also need an anti-reflux diet that your doctor or nutritionist can discuss w/ you.
