Squirting eye: 1st, it is probably normal. EVERYONE has tiny tubes the carry our tears away from our eyes and down into the nose aided by gravity...That's why our nose runs when we cry. If you blow your nose and that pressure pushes from your nose backwards, that pressure can push the tears backwards and back where they started, in your eyes. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
