Yes and no: Black spot most likely clot in the socket. But throbbing pain 5 days later uncommon and would be worried about infection. Have you discussed with your oral surgeon? When is your follow up visit after the procedure? Best to call and talk with them about your symptoms. Dr R ...Read more
