painless causes: renal cell carcinoma (very unlikely at 18), arteriovenous malformation of the kidney or urinary tract.

See urologist: You need to see a urologist. There are different maipulation can be considered including eswl, laser lithotripsy, percutaneous etc. Eswl will be the non invasive one. Definitely need to discuss further with urologist about treatment options for you. ...Read more

Epididymitis: Blood in urine not common with epididymitis, however UTI + epididymitis is not uncommon. Urine culture should be checked in case organism isn't sensitive to antibiotic ur taking. Likely have urethro-vasal reflux with urination. Certainly require a urologic work-up to rule out urethral stricture or posterior urethral valves.
