None: Once growth plates are fused, it is not possible to grow taller, even if you have acromegaly. Acromegaly in an adult will cause increased size of soft tissues so that hands and feet are larger, but not taller. I have not experienced this in my practice. When you stop growing the bone does not continue to grow and certainly not 13 years later.
There are conditions where certain parts of your bone structure grow but you don't get taller.
That condition is acromegaly.

Your PCP may be able to start the process with bone age studies and blood tests while you wait to get in.
