No: . Usually after about three months the uterus is large enough to expand beyond pelvis and you start showing. By 25 weeks of gestation you should be showing. If you are overweight it might not be obvious at all. I have had women that didn't even know they were pregnant until they showed up in the emergency room with abdominal pain. If you are relatively small frame I would go get a pelvic ultrasound and make sure the baby is okay. ...Read more
