Eat frequent: Frequent small meals are the best. Make sure to have some fat and protein if you can.... even if you're craving carbs. The carbs bring that blood sugar up and then down quickly and that can cause both nausea and hunger pains. It is normal.: Congrats! It is normal to want to eat everything when your pregnant. Usually this comes in waves as there will be periods during your pregnancy when your appetite will be low. Be careful. Depending on your weight now, you don't want to gain more than about 30 pounds. It is okay to eat...just eat healthy foods. Fruits and veggies, not ice-cream and cake. LOL.
