What are the side effects of Melas-H cream? if i use it regularly?

You could see: Effects like a rash at the site of use. Additionally, itchying, redness, pain or burning at the site of use is possible - mostly related to the fusidic acid(the antibiotic component). The cream also contains Hydrocortisone which can lead to skin thinning(atrophy), stretch marks, prominent blood vessels or acne like rash. These are the more common adverse effects. Azeleic acid does : lighten spots but tends to be drying and a little irritating and mostly used for acne and postinflammatory acne spots. FAirlite cream is resorcinol which can also lighten spots. I would follow my doctors advice. If not better after 2 months certainly see derm ...Read more
