Hi. I'm on my second pack of pill specifically on the 8th pill and had unprotected sex. Am I already safe from pregnancy?

You should be ok: Typically I recommend a woman take the first 7 pills in her pill pack before she has unprotected sex, so on the 8th day you should be okay. Oral contraceptives, when used perfectly, still only have a 94-96% chance of preventing pregnancy, so even if you're perfect, there's always a chance of pregnancy. If you're super worried, you can always use a condom in addition to pills. ...Read more

Can you have your 7 day pill break anytime throughout your pill pack? Taken one full pack and a half and taken my break?

No: You cannot just take the pills in any order. You can ovulate if you don't take them in the right order, and then you can get pregnant, which is what you are trying to prevent being on the pill.
