Must loose weight: Hernias that form after surgery (called incisional hernias) can be challenging to fix. At 260 you weight is probably too high and that risks further unsuccessful attempts at repair. Don't just suffer, go to a weight loss center, start counseling, a diet, some low impact exercise, and loose weight.
