Other than infant sunscreen & lotion, shade hats, & cool clothing, what can I bring to protect from sun burn?
Should I be concerned if my 6month old baby has a ear infection and a 100 degree fever for 3 days. W hat should I be looking out for?

I wore a a fully dressed lumber jack hard hat for 8 yrs and had trouble with my neck. Could the added 5-6lbs have done any damage?
Is wearing SPF 30+ enough protection? Do I really need a hat everyday or is that only recommended? Will fluorescent lights also cause flare-ups?
