No: Loose cast is no good because of motion to ankle and you might not heal the fracture if you keep walking on it. Get your cast changed or get a cam walker that can be used as a cast and won't get loose in you ...Read more

Depends: Difficult to say with the info given. If the sprain is just a day or two old with little swelling or bruising and it already feels better then a good taping and you're ready to go. On the other hand, if its a more severe sprain that has not been examined and its been more than a few days, then i would have your doctor see it first before you possibly make things worse by dong too much too soon. ...Read more
