I have pcos and getting all the symptoms of pregnancy. I think I feel my uterus but tests negative. Could I be pregnant? I'd be 11 weeks now

Uterus: Anteverted and retroverted uterus is not about the shape of the uterus, it is about the position of it. Palpable > 12 weeks: Abdominally you can just feel the top of the uterus above the pubic bone @ 12 weeks gestational age. Your belly button is usually the 20 week or halfway mark & the midpoint between these two would be 16 weeks.
