Ask your OB: Depends what u were doing before u can start running if u ran before at 4-5 weeks if u are not sioe, no abdominal crunches or situps for 4 months as u can ruin your rectus muscles( they atre teh lst to heal up ) that is what i tell my pts after reading a book written by a female exercise guru who tore up her abdomen cause she exercised too soon but ask your ob. ...Read more
