No.: This does not make good sense. Most bronchitis is viral and does not respond to antibiotics. A second course will generally not do any better. Unless you had signs or symptoms that specifically suggested bacterial infection i would hold off on antibiotics and consider other agents for the wheezing and cough. ...Read more
