2 of my 4 kids allergic soy, wheat, rice, corn, peanut, hazelnut, almond, coconut, tomato, lima bean, garlic, onion, fish, shellfish, cantaloupe! help?
I mix wheatgrass, barleygrass, maca powder, spirulina, chlorella, psyllium husk and scai berry with carrot and apple juice every morning, is it good?
Nothing wrong: There is no concern about any of the ingredients you mention. Am not sure whether to say it is "good" since other unprocessed foods are probably as good. It is an interesting combination of ingredients. I presume you did some research before choosing them? Gaining weight: That's great that you are not consuming a lot of carbs and are watching your diet. You also need to look at the overall quantity (and calories) of what you are eating as well. Are you exercising too? Without physical activity (cardio), it is hard to lose weight. You have to burn more calories than you are consuming.
