Tums, (calcium carbonate) Multi- vitamin: Tums, (calcium carbonate) good source calcium and you can chew it. A cheap multivitamin will do. Generally, i recommend everyone on seizure to take extra folic acid, 400 mg. If you don't get sun then 1000 mg of vit. D. ...Read more
