I have cervical stenosis and fibromyalgia. With activity my upper chest area aches with severe pain. My thoracic MRI was good. What could cause this?

Not sure: Basically a mosturiser, relatively new. Wrt eczema, any moisturizer can help, especially the one that is used. Vaseline is the gold standard but many many products, which indicate there is not on that works best, so with every skin a ittle different whatever feels the best that is otc, shorten showers, mild soaps, lost of creams and if no better see a derm for rx therapy. ...Read more

See PCP first.: The Percocet is an opiate and the cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant and they are often used together to treat pain. The problem is that both are very addicting if taken on a long term basis so since fibromyalgia is a chronic problem and an alternative treatment that would be better is an antidepressant Cymbalta or savella (milnacipran) and Lyrica or neurontin. Don't recommend.: Marihuana has proven to benefit people with nausea and vomiting during cancer and chronic pain. It has only been approved in a few states as such. Even though it appears "natural" it has side effects and will show up during drugscreens for jobs etc. I don't recommend it for your health issues but you should discuss this with your primary care physician. ...Read more

Never heard of it: Within allopathic medicine, we lean towards sleep-wake cycle maintenance, exercise, and physical therapy as the mainstays of treatment for fibromyalgia. Antidepressants such as Cymbalta also work well, as does lyrica (pregabalin). Tca's such as notriptyline are used successfully, and nsaids are indicated.
