Earlobe bruise: Tender Areas with less skin such as the ear lobe can often bruise, even with minimal trauma or if slept on in the same position for too long etc. Hopefully, in time this is a simple bruise, and it will go away, if it does not, then see you Doc. If you are taking Ibuprofen or aspirin etc, the bruising would stay longer as they increase bleeding risk. ...Read more

Hard to say: Hypersensitivity rxn to earrings comes to mind - is that feasible with the type of earrings you have recently worn? Certain metals, esp nickel alloys, are very sensitizing. Hydrocortisone cream and avoiding further contact would help if that's the cause. ...Read more

Strawberry mark: Have you gotten it evaluated by a md? If its a bruise, it's not normal and needs further evaluation. A strawberry nevus usually does not show up this late ( @ 4 yrs of age). ...Read more
