Virus: The symptoms you describe sounds to be a viral illness. Food poisoning is also a possibility. These symptoms could last up to 5 days or slightly longer. If the symptoms are lasting more then a week and not improving at all I would recommend seeing a physician. I also would seek medical attention if you start running high fevers or become dehydrated. Probably not related: Domperidone blocks dopamine. it can be used to treat nausea and vomiting, to increase transit of food through the stomach, and to increase lactation. Your symptoms may be due to 2 separate issues. If you have already been tried on medicines for acid and not seen improvement you should see a GI doctor. PCOS can cause irregular periods,acne,increased hair (hirutism) due to hormone imbalance. ...Read more

Probably not all: Probably not all of those symptoms are related to an umbilical hernia. Most umbilical hernias are small and do not cause that much discomfort, naseua, fatigue, weight loss, etc. If it is really large, it can start having some of those symptoms. There are none: As you are young, first consider your diet and try cutting out gluten (bread etc) and fatty meals (read food recipes on packages). Then discuss your family history for colon cancer with family members, and ask the age at which the person got colon cancer. There are families that get colon cancer in the under 30 age range.
