For months and months now I've had nausea after eating, heartburn, indigestion, fatigue, diarrhoea, headaches and absent periods. What could be wrong?

For a year Ive had nausea after eating, diarrhoea, heartburn, indigestion, headaches, absent periods and fatigue. Not pregnant. Dr prescribed domperidone but said nothing. Had ovary scan and mild PCOS?
Probably not related: Domperidone blocks dopamine. it can be used to treat nausea and vomiting, to increase transit of food through the stomach, and to increase lactation. Your symptoms may be due to 2 separate issues. If you have already been tried on medicines for acid and not seen improvement you should see a GI doctor. Probably not all: Probably not all of those symptoms are related to an umbilical hernia. Most umbilical hernias are small and do not cause that much discomfort, naseua, fatigue, weight loss, etc. If it is really large, it can start having some of those symptoms. Heartburn: The combination of heartburn and loose stools may be due to gastroenteritis which could be viral. Black stools would suggest bleeding from the stomach lining and could explain fatigue. Follow a bland light diet,avoid alcohol,caffeine and nicotine. 3 weeks of reduced loose stools. Slight r abdo twinge. Bloods+ stools + abdo U/S ok just cysts. Nausea + fatigue improved. Advice? Very anxious ....
Reduced loose stool: Mebendazole can cause abdominal symptoms. Also consider inflammatory disease-, colitis from Crohns/ulcerative colitis, ileitis or infectious( camphylobacter),rarely missed appy. Consider probioitcs,, stool culture ,abdominal CT . Did the U/S look at the ovaries? if not, would if all else negative. Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache.
