If scrotal trauma led 2 groin pain 2 inches diagonally above penile shaft and physical exam, usg, MRI all seems normal what can b the most likely cause?

Groin Pain & Trauma: After the trauma, there might have been some bleeding around the testicle. This blood can track up the cord that attaches to the testicle and runs in the groin area. You have not told what medication(s) you are taking. 2 possiblities: If you suffered a groin injury, you could have pulled or tore a muscle in the inner thigh at the same time. These can take weeks to heal and sometimes require physical therapy. However, if it is scrotal pain you are feeling, you most likely have a bad inguinal ligament strain. These too will eventually heal. Just make sure you follow up with a good physician if the problem persists. ...Read more
