What Will Happen In Coutries With One Child Policy If More Men Than Women
Social issues: It depends obviously on the culture, but in china there is an issue with women being trafficked for money, especially minority or immigrants like those from north korea. Families can negotiate prices for women to marry, like a purchase. It can affect future populations as there may not be enough youngsters to support an aging population, making it "top heavy". ...Read more
If two ppl married, woman(156cm), man(163cm).Would this yield a possibility of dwarfism or children shorter than their parents?Advisable to marry?
How is it possible that heterosexual males have more sexual partners than females--start younger, do it more, or hang in older?
Not possible: This is hilarious. It's not possible. Either men are lying and saying they have more partners or women are lying and saying they have fewer partners. This article explores the discrepancy: http://www.Nytimes.Com/2007/08/12/weekinreview/12kolata.Html. One explanation is that maybe some of the mens partners are imaginary. ...Read more
Recommended iron level for a woman in child-bearing age? Does it have to be higher for vegetarians or other groups of people?
If 2 ppl, woman(156cm) and man163cm)marry, does this yield a possibility of dwarfism for their children or may result in children being shorter thn thm?
Not really dwarfism: That's a 5'1" woman and 5'4" man... Both shorter than average but in the normal range for people. "shorter than average" is not related to dwarfism, because dwarfism is usually due to a genetic problem. Without some type of defect, such normal heights should not be a factor in deciding to marry and have children, unless a parent would have some sort of psychological problem from having short kids. ...Read more

Is there a certain age in men and women where their sexual desire is higher? If so what age is it for men and women?
Probably not.: Since sex can take lots of energy, it is natural for young people to engage in sex with great enthusiasm. However that does not mean that as people get older they lose the enjoyment sex provides. People who enjoy sex when young, generally continue to enjoy it as they age. It is "pc" to suggest men are more interested than women, but i think what may be more true is that men are more open about it. ...Read more
If Azoospermic men are more likely to get cancer then are people who lost both testicles at same risk? Please explain.
2.2% risk of cancer: The Stanford study which found increased cancer risk in azoospermic men did not evaluate men who were castrated (is that which you mean by "lost both testicles"?) Of course a man who has no testicles, can not get testicular cancer (unless they were removed FOR testicular cancer). Castrated men have a lower risk of prostate cancer due to lack of testosterone. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
If kids who are about 14-23 or so have a faster metabolism than older people (in most cases) then why is there an obesity problem?
Social cultural ego: Not only do women seek medical care more often than men, they also generally have a much higher tolerance for pain....Thus the reason women are the ones who give birth. Probably the same reason men do not like to stop and ask for directions... It could create a dent in their ego. Also men do not like to show vulnerability and certainly do not want to show any reaction to pain. ...Read more

What can causes a child age 4 to eat as much as 2 adults daily, with no weight gain or growth? This has been going on for months. We expected a growth spurt. That has not happened. He can get up from a meal where he will eat more than the adults, and say
You : You are correct in thinking about a growth spurt. This is usually why a child will begin to eat much more than usual. A growth spurt may only result in his feet gowing or gaining a few inches in height. Don't expect to see a dramatic change. On the other hand, polyphagia(eating excessive amounts of food) can be an early sign of juvenille diabetes. The best thing to do is have your child evaluated by his pediatrician or primary care provider. ...Read more
Are there any cons to having high libido in women? Will one eventually lose this libido as one gets older?
Is it true that certain times of the month guys are more attracted to a women due to her cycle period, or is that false?
Not known: It is possible and would make sense biologically but there is no real evidence to proof or disproof this theory. Certainly, most male animals can tell when a female is receptive and/or fertile. Human society is very complicated and many time human nature (instinct) is overshadowed by societal expectations and cultural mores. ...Read more
