No: One does not want to just "boost" an immune system. Bad things happen when one's immune response is too little (can get infections, and die from serious ones). Bad things happen when one's immune response is too much (can get auto-immune disorders, where one's own immune system attacks oneself). Life is about balance. In fall & winter take 5, 000iu of vit d3- year-round if you don't get much mid-day sun. Many herbs boost immune function, like ashwagandha, andrographis & echinacea. No sure way.: Staying in good physical shape with regular exercises (not extreme exercises) and a healthy diet may be helpful. Make sure your plasma vitamin d3 level is optimal since vitamin d3 has been shown to be an important immune regulator. Some advice: If you take a multivitamin you do not have to take b complex or vitamin A. It's actually unhealthy to take too much vitamin A.
