I typically recommend cost comparison to my patients because sometimes there is an upcharge on prenatals. Please clarify: I tired to look this up but could not find a vitamin with this name so please ask again with the correct name. I did check some GNC multivitamins and in general they have good ingredients but also have some toxic additives like titanium dioxide and sucralose that are unnecessary. Many young women and adolescents don't have enough calcium in their diet. It is a good to take calcium supplements (fortified with vitamin d) - such as regular tums, calcium pills or calcium chews.
