Dr. Ed Friedlander answered:

what vitamins help blood flow to the penis? Im only 25 and my penis has shrunk 1 inch.

Let's find out

Vitamin
A young man's maximum flaccid length is unlikely to actually change, but many variables affect the quality of erection. If this is flagging even when things are very exciting, a physician can check you over for a host of illnesses (pituitary adenoma needs to be considered among many others). Forget about the vitamins.

How vitamins I can take to increase blood flow to my hair root?

Seldom problem but

Hair_restoration
Lack of blood flow to hair roots is seldom a problem; hair loss is usually genetic though certain nutrient deficiencies (biotin, zinc etc.) are occ. a factor. One of the best nutrients to improve blood flow is niacin (not niacinamide) which causes a flush due to vasodilation. Magnesium can help. Nattokinase, ginger, curcumin & fish oil improve circulation by thinning blood.Scalp massage may help.

What vitamins can affect your penis?

Maybe zinc

Impotence
If you are having a zinc deficiency (which is not very common) then you may have some problems making testosterone. Don't expect that taking a zinc pill will fix erectile dysfunction. Overall, you would need a severe deficiency to cause an illness. Not likely if you live and eat in the USA.

Tips on how to get maximum blood flow to the penis?

Heath

Penis
Stay healthy, eat right, lose weight and exercise. Don't do alcohol/tobacco. Avoid anabolics, supplements, etc. Exercise will increase blood flow to all parts of your body. An erection will increase blood flow to the penis, but only for a short time. Remember the Viagra ad: Contact your doctor for an erection that lasts more than 4 hours.

Could excersising or working out increase blood flow to the penis?

Depends

Groin-penis
It depends upon whether you're exercising your penis or another part of your body. Actually, exercise can increase blood flow throughout your body, and is good for you. By the way, penile push ups are much better than crunches.

Dr. John Nesbitt answered:

Would a varicocelectomy have any affect on the blood flow to the penis?

No

Penis
The blood supply to the penis and the venous drainage of the testicle (varicocele) are different. There is no way surgery for a varicocele should be anywhere near the penile blood supply.
