Save Money: You most certainly don't need to supplement with vitamins (unless it's vitamin d, and even then it's a hard maybe). Study after study has found no benefit. Fish oils seems to be pretty great, but only in high doses of >3gm/day of the dha/epa. I take vitamin E capsules(400iu) every day. Is it ok? I take it for better blood circulation. I don't think i've vitamin E deficiency.
