There are no: Such thing as appetite vitamins. Start eating small meals frequently throughout the day and it will help boost your appetite.
Safe, not effective: There have been many claims for various vitamins and their ability to increase appetite. There is no reliable information to support this idea. It is known that vitamin deficiencies may decrease appetite, so possibly the correction of those deficiencies increases appetite. In general, multiple vitamins like Centrum as safe to take; however, best idea is to eat as healthy a diet as possible:)

No vitamin 2 gain wt: Sorry but there's no vitamin to increase weight, otherwise, most people here in the states would avoid it like the plague. However, you still need vitamins to prevent diseases like c for scurvey & d for rickets. Check w/your family doc to make sure your thyroid is normal (and mood too). Then check w/nutritionist to determine what you're eating now & how much you need to eat to gain muscle weight.
None: Appetite in toddlers naturally goes up and down with activity and growth cycles. It is almost always a bad idea for anyone, toddlers included, to eat beyond when they are hungry. If you are concerned that your child isn't growing well, talk to your doctor. If he's growing well with his natural appetite, but you just want him to eat more, you are not doing him any favors.
None really: Children with zinc deficiency often have suppressed appetite. However your doctor should test for this before starting extra zinc supplements. Other vitamins are not known for appetite stimulation. There are safe medications for appetite stimulation in toddlers, like cyproheptadine. Consult your pediatrician about this.

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, .... Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

Biotin, B3, Chromium &: Many vitamins have been shown to be very beneficial for diabetics. Biotin has been shown to significantly lower blood sugar in both type 1 & type 2 diabetes. Niacin, esp. When combined with chromium, helps to lower glucose levels. Magnesium, vitamin e, vit d, coenzyme q10 & Alpha lipoic acid are among the other vitamins I believe every diabetic should take. Stay healthy: Do you have a semen analysis with low count? If counts are normal you cannot (and don't need) to bring them up. Healthy diet, limit caffeine and alcohol, avoid tobacco, moderate exercise, and staying healthy all support natural fertility. Herbs, otc drugs, diets, vitamins, supplements, and tricks don't work. Testosterone and steroid supplementation is worst of all!
