None: You actually don't need to eat fat in order to absorb fat soluble vitamins. Mostly, you need to be able to produce bile from your liver, and pancreatic juice from your pancreas. Since all that: Junk is a waste of money, doesn't do anything positive for you except spend your money, why do it?
