I've had facet joint injections that haven't worked I have pains in hips and pins and needles physiotherapy has not worked what do you recommend next?

Bulging discs: The fact that there are bulging discs, might have nothing to do with your pain. There are lots of people with bulging discs (a normal phenomenon of aging) and no pain at all, and having an image finding with bulging should not lead to you becoming a pin-cushion.
