Recurrent URI: If your child is attending daycare that is a very good reason for recurrent URI, her elevated neutrophil count is expected as a response to these infections, make sure she is up to date with her immunization & annual flu vaccine, give her vitamins daily & healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits & vegitables. Reflux/nodules/allrg: This pattern brings to mind cases where the child had mild reflux that increased with feeds before bedtime, producing night cough. Some made it onto the vocal cords causing nodules or swelling. Runny nose can be due to reflux irritation of the backside of the nasal passages. An ENT evaluation would help.
