Be best/healthiest way is to stop ingesting "toxic substances" if you are doing so, eat well, exercises and the body will heal/detox itself. Don't put chemicals in your body if you don't need to. Is it more harmful than good to stop doing things in last month of pregnancy that's been done whole time? Ex..Marijuana, pain killers, cigarettes etc.

It's best for the mother not to be using caffeine, nicotine, pain killers, marijuana, etc. If you or someone you know is pregnant and using, please encourage to talk honestly with OB doctor.
