What to eat the day or two after having the stomach flu?

What to eat the day or two after having the stomach flu?

Simple = best: I find that simple, easy to digest material; noodles, macaroni & spaghetti without sauce, graham crackers, broths, steamed rice, apple sauce, some vegetables & boiled meats are all well tolerated by a recovering gut. Fried foods/acidic juices/milk or cheese & spicy foods will often lead to recurrent cramping or nausea if consumed too early. ...Read more
